Pre-launch terms of use
These draft terms describe use of the current NextGenCreditAI educational product preview. They are not final commercial-service terms and must be reviewed by qualified counsel before launch.
Current product status
The current website provides educational content, planning tools, broad checklists, progress tracking, and privacy controls. NextGenCreditAI is not currently accepting payment, credit reports, or enrollment for commercial credit-repair services. Professional AI features shown in previews are disabled.
Educational information
Current content and tools provide general educational information and organization support. They are not legal advice, financial advice, a credit score, a lending decision, or a promise that any action will produce a particular result.
No professional-service relationship
Creating an account, using a checklist, viewing a demonstration, or emailing support does not create an attorney-client relationship, financial-adviser relationship, or commercial credit-repair service agreement.
Account responsibility
- Provide accurate account-registration information.
- Use a strong, unique password and protect access to authentication links.
- Notify support if you believe your account has been accessed without authorization.
- Do not share another person’s account or impersonate another individual.
Prohibited information
Do not enter, upload, or email credit reports, Social Security numbers, dates of birth, account numbers, balances, creditor names, bureau login credentials, bank details, payment-card information, dispute evidence, or identity documents. Current forms are designed only for broad educational selections.
Acceptable use
You may not use the website to commit fraud, misrepresent identity theft, knowingly dispute accurate information, interfere with security, access another person’s information, introduce malicious code, scrape protected member content, or use the product in violation of law.
AI and demonstrations
Fictional examples and AI previews may contain simulated suggestions. They are not findings about a real consumer. Future AI output will require fact verification, customer approval, and required human review before any supported action.
No guarantees
NextGenCreditAI does not guarantee removal of information, a score or score increase, credit approval, interest rate, investigation outcome, response time, or any financial result.
Availability and changes
Pre-launch features may change, become unavailable, or be removed during testing. We may restrict access to protect accounts, data, users, or the service.
Privacy
Use of the member preview is also described in the pre-launch privacy notice. Members can use the authenticated Privacy Center to export or delete connected member data.
Future commercial services
Any future covered credit-repair service will require separate attorney-reviewed disclosures, contracts, cancellation rights, pricing terms, and federal and state compliance. These pre-launch terms do not enroll anyone in those services.
